Mintec’s home office and corporate management are located in Tucson, Arizona, USA. There has been tremendous growth for our company since 1970, from a two room office in Tucson to our current headquarters which houses over 95 staff.
Our Administration Department coordinates policy, global marketing, project management, accounting, and human resources for all of our operations. Our Tech Support team trains and manages our support services centers worldwide. Our global communications systems, corporate databases, and related systems support is administered by our Network Administration group. MineSight development is decentralized, but the core group is located in our corporate office. In addition to developing new products, they are the Mintec hub for managing the development databases, testing supervision, and product release.
The Mintec management team has directed our technical development and organic growth successfully for over 40 years. Our home-grown team offers a great deal of stability and consistency which is reflected in both the longevity of our employee commitment to our company and a satisfied and long-standing client base.
