Introduction to MineSight for Engineering
This course is a basic introduction to MineSight for Engineering users. The course introduces MineSight 3D and the programs and procedures accessed by MineSight Compass, all with an emphasis on engineering and 3D block models. It covers the basics in pit optimization, pit design, and mining cut design. Engineering tools such as MineSight Economic Planner, MineSight Interactive Planner, and the MineSight Planning Database are covered.
We recommend taking this as a first course for those who will primarily use MineSight for engineering. This course covers project setup, data flow, and process requirements.
